restless night

  Been up all night last night coughing away.  Able to get some sleep but I managed to work somehow today without falling asleep at the desk!  Just don't feel well at all.  And I finished the meds last sun.  This stuff just won't go away! So I kind of had a restless night last night and been coughing my head off all day today.  Going to take a benedryl later on so maybe I can get some sleep.
  Just found out on the Drs tv show that its bad to hold in a sneeze. Didn't know that!
