In your own space, talk about your creative process(es)-anything from the initial inspiration to how you feel after something's done. Do you struggle with motivation or is it a smooth process? Do you have any tricks up your sleeve to pull out when a fanwork isn't cooperating? What is your level of planning to pantsing/winging it?
I like to read the prompt several times before writing the prompt. If a prompt seems good I already have a pretty good idea of what to write in my head. But if its not cooperating, I will write as far as I can go. And take a break till the next day.
Create a fanwork. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.
Hermione stared at the strange genie lamp she picked up on her travels in Greece. She had ventured into an antique shop hoping for some obscure magical books to help with her research. Instead, this object called to her. More like vibrated when she passed it and when she walked backwards it vibrated again.
She had placed the lamp on her desk determined to get to the bottom of the mysterious genie lamp. When she was interrupted by Severus and Lucius.
“Welcome back dear.” Severus kissed her and not to be outdone, Lucius kissed her as well.
Lucius eyed the strange object sitting on her desk. He wanted to pick it up but Hermione swotted his hand away from picking it up.
“I think there is someone in there.” She whispered eagerly to them. Before they could stop her, she rubbed the lamp. Red smoke rose and a shape floated in the air before it became solid to them. “Your wish is your command my ma…mistress.” Jafar spoke silkily then he decided to change back to his original form letting her decide on her own to free him.

In fandom I haven't done much in writing fanfic this year or last year. But in RL we have been trying to help mom to relieve her trigeminal neuralgia pain today by doing a spheno block to help with pain. I think its helping her some.
In your own space, post self-recs for at least three fanworks that you created. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.
Stretch yourself a little and try something new. Go play in a new fandom or with a new pairing. Try working in a new medium. Or check out some fanworks that are new to you. (The recs from Day 2 might be a good place to start.) Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.
In your own space, create a list of at least three fannish things you'd love to receive, something you've wanted but were afraid to ask for - a fannish wish-list of sorts. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your wish-list if you feel comfortable doing so. Maybe someone will grant a wish. Check out other people's posts. Maybe you will grant a wish. If any wishes are granted, we'd love it if you link them to this post.
My wish list:
Orson Krennic Icons
Cardinal Richelieu(Peter Capaldi): Icons

This scene is from Rogue One. I don't know why I love this scene, but I do.

Here's three fanworks that I didn't create:

I like to relax at night by watching movies or tv shows I haven't seen in a long time on Netflix and Prime.
So here's the Christmas wish list:
Fulfil one- none or many I'll be happy if you just send me a email christmas card
Make a post to your journal. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related: fics, picspams, fanmixes, etc, to medium: dvds, books, bracelets, etc, to really big: a new computer, a car, etc. (If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your e-mail address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you).
Surf around your reading list to see who has posted their list. If you see a wish you can grant, go for it! Either make that fandom item, or hey sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, maybe they wanted a leather jacket for cosplaying Jason Todd and you've been meaning to give one to a thrift store, etc, etc, etc. .
You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to give and to receive. There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just... wish and try to fill and you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.
My Wish List
1. Hermione time travel fic with either these characters: Frollo, Palpatine, Thrawn, Captain Lorca, Tavington, Loki, Richelieu

In your own space, write a love letter to Fandom in general, to a particular fandom, to a trope, a relationship, a character, or to your flist/circle/followers. Share your love and squee as loud as you want to.
Well I love to write about SS/HG. They come easy to me in writing with a good prompt to go by. I can't think of anything else. Just tired tonight and worried about how much snow we'll be getting tomorrow afternoon.
