no bonus this year

I was kind of disappointed when I got my paycheck yesterday and no bonus was included.  They did that over the past couple of years I've been working there. Maybe they decided not to do bonuses this year? Instead we are having a lunch on monday from andy's.  No one had said anything about not getting one.  They really do need better communication skills where I work at. Or at least send out a memo explaining to everyone! Just feel left out in the dark sometimes. *sighs*
