car accident

We were in a car accident this afternoon. It wasn't our fault.  We were stopped at the red light heading home and this guy rammed into our backend. Me and my mom both lurched forward and felt our necks popped.  But what got me was the guy told mom that he just 'tapped' our car. Hrrmph! He did more than that and didn't have the gaul to stay there until the police arrive.  We'll see what my neck does over the weekend. I'm more in shock than anything else.
