stomach flu?

I certainly hope I'm not getting this! I woke up this morning and my stomach was not feeling too great.  I got out for awhile to run errands and just got back home.  Might take a bath and a nap! I just don't want the flu!  I know the lady that I work with had this as well on top of her sinus infection.  And I've got to many things to do at home!
