Thought I was feeling better

I thought I was feeling better but I woke up not feeling too great this morning. Had a terrible nights rest last night. I don't know if I'm going in to work tomorrow or not. Because its now in my throat area and I can hardly talk. *sighs*  Someone please cheer me up with anything!
