not feeling too great

I'm not feeling too great right now. Got over heated. It reached 97 degrees here today and it was humid.  I took a cold bath and an advil for my headache.  I'm hoping it would go away soon.  Plus I'm drinking plenty of water!  I'm just not ready for the humid weather.

i'm glad you're drinking plenty of water, but YUCK for the heat exhaustion. i'm not sure how hot it got here today, but at 8pm it was 72F outside and 87F in my bedroom. i've got the a/c running now.

also, you may know this already, but as someone who suffers from heat exhaustion a couple of times a year, i'd add salt, potassium, and vitamin c to the mix so that your electrolytes don't get out of whack. if you have potato products, this should cover it (potatoes have both vitamin c and potassium, and most folks like to eat them with salt of some sort).

*HUGS* Thanks! I need to get some potato chips the next time I go grocery shopping. The house is cooler today and I feel a little bit better, just got a slight headache.
