How to manage tags

I was wondering how to manage tags? I got most of my icons and stories tagged, just don't know how to place the tags on top of the website.  Any ideas would be helpful! Thanks!

I looked under managing tags link and I was even more confused! I noticed some lj's have there tag link on top to make the search easier. I just got to sleepy last night to play around with it some more.

Maybe this layout don't support tags. Then you should chance your layout. Then you can put the tags on the right / left side :o) ... Just a thought ...

I also had this problem because my last two layouts didn't support the tags. And so I changed it :o) ...

First I had "A Novel Conundrum". After this I had "Flexible Squares". And now I have "Component" :o) ...
