How to manage tags

I was wondering how to manage tags? I got most of my icons and stories tagged, just don't know how to place the tags on top of the website.  Any ideas would be helpful! Thanks!

Which layout did you change too? I looked at some different ones today.

First I had "A Novel Conundrum". After this I had "Flexible Squares". And now I have "Component" :o) ...
