Snow Cake dvd and other stuff

Did anyone get or find the Snow Cake dvd that came out this past tues? I went to two different places: Best buy and Sam's. They didn't have it at all.  I was so disappointed. I haven't checked Target, Wal-mart or FYE yet.  If FYE doesn't have it in the store they can order it, I hope!

And I've been looking at dvd/vcr combo's. My VCR is eating my tapes! Don't know why its doing this and I tried to open the vcr up to clean it. I suspect its really dusty inside or something else could be going on.

We also got rain last night! Still need some more though. As we are under a burning ban since everything is so dry.

I was so disappointed too. I checked there website online and they were on backorder! Checked Target out today and no luck there either. I'm planning on checking wal-mart this week. Hopefully they might have it in stock!

I'm so glad you posted that, because I forgot all about it! I'll start checking places tomorrow. Did you try Amazon? Maybe a rental store has it? I know once in awhile movies can come out to rent first (or buy too but they are like a lot of money) especially I think if they aren't from the US. I remember because this happened with House of Mirth and it was over $100 for the VHS tape until it was released on DVD to buy way later. Have you seen any other of his movies lately? I rented Perfume a couple of weeks ago. It was well, strange, but AR was good in it:)

That's where I'll check first. I don't really have the money to buy it right now, but would at least be able to see it. Yeah perfume was kind of weird, but he was definitely good - and damn his voice, even when he's threatening what he is going to do to the killer - I end up tuning out the words half the time when he talks lol. I could probably listen to him read the dictionary lol. I did see amazon has it. Most of the stores have it online but it looks like not in the store itself. You can try circuit city too.

Oooh, I love that part where he questions the killer! I think that was my favorite part of the movie.
