Still no luck changing header

aleysiasnapeI've tried to change it several times this afternoon. And no such luck. I would save it and thinking it would be saved checked the header and its the same. Don't know what I'm doing wrong. Tried it in both S1 and S2 layouts. I didn't know it would be that hard to do! Anyone have any ideas?
