When I reply to a comment. It won't let me. Unless I do the perform action. Which is highly annoying. How do I disable that? Please help!

Are you talking about CATCHA? You can change it here:

"CAPTCHA - Show CAPTCHA to ..."

And then click on "nobody" and "save" (at the end of every settings).
